The NERIO Black boots were beautiful on the website and in person. Unfortunately, upon trying on the boots they were very difficult to pull up the leg, once they were on, the shoe portion of the boot were too big and the calf of the boot was too tight. Maybe, If you allowed feedback from other customers on your website, which would prevent future customers from buying a particular brand that may not suit them, which would possibly result in more customers being satisfied with your product, and less returns.

Comfortable enough to be slippers and stylish enough to wear out and not look too casual. True to size. Material is good quality and interiors soft sheepskin runs from the toe to very top. They fit the calf and over the knee without slouching or being to stiff. Great boots.
