Customers will need to send an item(s) back to us for a refund / credit and re-order the desired item(s). Products not purchased from this website are not accepted for returns. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item. Any returns after this period will not be permitted. All returned items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and in their original packaging. Returns during a discount period of 50% or more (that are not deemed as faulty) will be only be refunded as store credit.
