The shoe looks great and is comfortable however, when I walk the heel flips up and shoe doesn't stay on. I may just need to go down a size, even tho my other boots in this brand are a size 8, I will try the 7 and see if that helps. Otherwise cute but I can't walk far in them.

I’m reviewing not only the product, which is, as you’d expect from Australia Luxe Collective, excellent quality, luxurious, warm and comfortable, but also the level of customer service.

I attempted to order and have them shipped to me in Alaska, however the checkout would not cooperate with an Alaska shipping address, so I promptly decided to just forget about it - it happens frequently up here. Ok so of course, then Facebook notices the things I look at online, and starts ruthlessly posting ads for the boots I was trying to forget about, so I left a comment on the post saying that, yes, nice for those who don’t live in Alaska, because those of us in Alaska can’t get them shipped here. I was contacted via their customer service and they created a custom order for me, so that I could get my boots. Anyway, I’m a 7.5 in regular shoes, but shearling I usually go a half size up. On this occasion I sized up a whole extra size, as my feet have very swollen lately, so size 9 is perfect for me at this time, and when they’re not so swollen I can wear socks. They are real compliment getters.
