Returns

All returns must be authorized by email, customerservice@australialuxeco.com. Returns must be received within 7 days of you receiving your order. All products returned must be in original unused condition, without any tags removed. Products returned damaged, worn or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to customer. Returns are eligible only for store credit.

Holiday Return Policy 

Orders placed within the 48 contiguous United States, between November 23, 2 through December 6,11:59 PM EST may take advantage of our extended holiday return policy. We will gladly accept any return or exchange (unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise in its original packaging and tags) postmarked up to 45 days.  Shipping charges are only refunded in the event we inadvertently sent the wrong item(s) or item(s) sent are found defective.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item, please contact customer service, customerservice@australialuxeco.com, to initiate that exchange, credit from the return will be used towards your exchange order, if there is a remaining balance of credit a store credit code will be issued.

All charges related to shipping are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Shipping costs for a replacement item is FREE up to one time per item, however, payment of duty and tax charges is still the responsibility of the customer. Returns are eligible only for store credit. Select items are not eligible for store credit returns. All items sold at a discounted price are final sale. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt. We reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. In the event a package is returned by FedEx, your payment will be refunded minus the actual fee of shipping, and we will contact you to confirm receipt.
